It's the best Pilates studio I had ever been. I have lived in multiple places across the USA (NH,IL,NY, NJ, PA, MA...) and this place in Phoenix AZ. Brings me joy... I am not a morning person, but I get up happily at 5:00am for a reformer day at BASI. So far, I have been working with 3 instructors: Meagan, Megan, and Anna... 3 different personalities, 3 different styles but equally great.
