I cannot recommend this studio enough! I originally started reformer Pilates to supplement my workout routine, but feel it has completely shifted my strength, core, and overall energy level. I have taken classes with Kathleen, Megan, Kristen, and Sarah. Each instructor challenges you, but you always feel great leaving a class.
