The only reason I have given 3 stars is for my Pilates instructor Melanie. She was the only reason I spent time and money there. Customer service minimal , the front desk ladies forget that they are not doing the clients any favors by being there!! On the contrary Pilates is a luxury not a necessity, it’s an expensive luxury , so for the front receptionist to be so condescendin…
