About Meleah

Meleah is a Southern California native who discovered Pilates while working as a lash artist. The physical strain from doing eyelashes prompted her to turn to Pilates, where she found confidence in herself and her physical abilities. Having finally found a workout that not only she enjoyed but also one that made real and functional changes, she decided to undergo teacher training. Meleah was trained through Club Pilates, and she is continually striving to learn more and deepen her Pilates practice. Her goal is to provide challenging options in class while encouraging clients to listen to their body!
