About Melissa

Melissa has a passion for people and Pilates, which led her to enroll in the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. She completed the program and has been teaching since 2023. Melissa loves to build relationships with the members as they build their Pilates Foundation; improving their physical and mental health through a mind and body connection. Melissa's greatest treasures in life are her 3 grown children - Taylor, Mack, Parker and grand-pup Stevie. She has been married to her husband, Paul, for over 32 years and cannot imagine life without him. They like to spend time with family and friends and they love to travel the world via motorcycle, planes, trains, and automobiles. Life is an adventure, enjoy the journey!
