I have been coming to Vibe for almost a year now. I recently started going more as part of their March Mindfulness Challenge. I am loving all of the classes. I especially love Melissa‘s Pilates classes. You can tell she puts a lot of time into preparing for each one. She is clear in her instruction and holds us accountable for proper form.
