Prairie View Pilates has been such a warm and welcoming pilates studio! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and kind. I was new to pilates and Melissa was great with guiding me through the use of the equipment and each exercise. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great workout without the high impact to give this studio a try!
