The CUTEST Pilates studio! So cozy and the nicest location. Our Pilates class left my husband and I feeling reenergized and happy! Such an amazing workout to tone and stretch. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable! Such a great workout for men, too. My husband loved it!
I went to this studio for quite some time and loved every class! Especially with Tracy, Misty, and Melissa!! Unfortunately I had to move far away but will 100% sign up for Palm Pilates if they ever venture out to 30A :) Highly recommend to anyone thinking of trying Pilates.
i LOVE palm pilates! i took 4 private sessions with misty and she’s just amazing. melissa did all my intro coordination info and was SO helpful! the classes are challenging and encouraging and the atmosphere is great—and the space is beautiful!
