Magic! Simply magic! I’ve practiced reformer Pilates for a couple of years and have been to several studios in the area and in NYC…hands down, Melody is the best! I suffer from severe back and hip pain due to various injuries. It’s because of Melody that I have gotten stronger and perfected—even my
