About Meoka

Meoka McBride was born and raised in Bryan, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance at Sam Houston State University in 2007. After graduation, she moved to Houston where she pursued a professional dance and teaching career. She danced professionally with Urban Souls Dance Company and was the Artistic Director for the dance programs at Lamar and Bellaire High School. She resigned from teaching in June 2019 and decided to pursue personal business ventures and Pilates instruction full-time. Meoka is a Pilates and dance professional, with the necessary training and experience to ensure desired results for all events, classes, sessions, and workshops. Meoka is also a freelance dancer, choreographer and certified Peak Pilates Instructor. She is the mother of two cool boys. Meoka prides herself on providing services that are memorable, fun, challenging and client-centered.
