Meredith is a great instructor and I am always excited when I can get into her classes! Her Center & Balance is perfect and is both relaxing and challenging. She works the full body and is very clear & gracious with her instructions & corrections. Love her classes!
Meredith was very considerate n explained everything in detail… looking forward for transformation
