As a recent transplant to Wilmington from the beach, I was anxious to find a yoga studio that matched my previous studio. I never thought I would find a place that not only met but exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door in early 2024, I truly felt like had found my place. Truly nothing better than the community Meredith has built at Pure Yoga. Every class feels like home, everyone who frequents this studio feels like an old friend. Would also highly recommend the YTT 200 training program to anyone interested in teaching or deepening their practice, the knowledge gained is invaluable. So grateful to have such a welcoming studio in our area!
Attending classes at Pure is part of my daily routine and well being. Meredith, the owner, sets the tone beautifully. She and all the instructors are delightful, professional, and bring the kind of positive energy and warmth that makes everyone feel welcome.
