BK Pilates had their grand opening today and I was lucky to get into their first class this morning. It was so fun! New equipment, a fun atmosphere and Meredith was so informative and supportive. It was my first reformer machine class ever, but she made me feel welcome and like I could do it. A great workout and I can’t wait to come back and use my class package.
