Can’t say enough great things about this studio. Every class is different which keeps me engaged. You can really challenge yourself or modify as needed. Instructors are great. The owner, Meredith, is very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this studio!

BK Pilates had their grand opening today and I was lucky to get into their first class this morning. It was so fun! New equipment, a fun atmosphere and Meredith was so informative and supportive. It was my first reformer machine class ever, but she made me feel welcome and like I could do it. A great workout and I can’t wait to come back and use my class package.
