I have taken two private reformer classes with Michelle and will be returning for more. Her studio is in a great location and has a great space for classes. Everyone is very friendly and prices are very fair. I love it!

Pilates Plus of Cape Cod has helped me tremendously with my fitness goals. Michelle is intelligent and well versed in the anatomy and physicality of how each individual body works. She is knowledgeable, kind and I am so pleased with my results. Looking forward for the continuing learning and becoming the best of my self because Pilates transforms bodies.
