Michelle and Susie at Spiritus are wonderful!! I am sure the rest of the Spiritus team is, too. The class sizes are small, and the studio is soooo cute, plus it has all the necessary equipment. The instructors give you thorough and meaningful feedback to help you learn and progress. Highly recommend going to classes at Spiritus if you've been looking for a Pilates studio!! :)
