About Micki

My love for Pilates began 21 years ago, after the birth of my third child at age 41. I needed something more in my workout routine than just running. The power of Pilates became apparent when, in 2004, I suddenly became paralyzed, my spinal cord was missing part C-3 through C-7! My neurosurgeon placed a titanium plate, 4 inches long in my cervical spine and said for recovery “do Pilates”. WOW! It was a game changer and a life saver! I became a certified instructor in 2015, walked into a Club Pilates studio, and went to work right away! I have a deep passion for teaching, it is my joy to be with my clients, their results are my happiness! Pilates, it’s all you need!
