Pilates Pilates is my home away from home! It's beautifully located in Encinitas. Certainly you get my moneys worth as Milena definitely helped me tone my shape and improved my alignment and posture. She is very friendly, enthusiastic and very hands-on. She always make sure to check in that I'm comfortable and makes sure to correct anything that could cause pain/injury.
