Mindi is a wonderful Pilates instructor. She really works with you and your body to g make you feel better and feel stronger. She is so good at pinpointing what exactly you need that day and work on it and explain. Her studio is wonderful. So fun and inviting... if you truly want your body to work at its peak potential, book a session with Mindi!
Mindi is the BEST Pilates teacher I’ve ever had. I’ve been practicing with her for a few years now and I’ve followed her from studio to studio. Her classes are unique, fun and challenging! She is very knowledgeable about Pilates and truly cares about her clients. No matter where you’re at in your Pilates journey, she is able to modify any exercise and make it work for your body!
