I highly recommend Eleos Pilates for anyone in Richmond who wants to practice traditional Pilates. Miriam is an amazing coach--she's encouraging, patient, and highly knowledgeable. Everyone in the studio is friendly and welcoming, it's a great place!

I enjoy every class and private session I take here. The staff here does an amazing job making you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. The instructors here are so knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to my weekly mat class with Krystal & my private sessions with Miriam.
