About Missy

Missy was born and raised right here in Utah. Sports were always a big part of her life growing up - she played lacrosse, soccer, and football (whenever her brothers thought they could keep up with her). After being diagnosed with health problems at the age of 16 she began her search for a fitness program, trying all sorts of different gyms and exercises. Once she tried Pilates she was hooked! Missy says that Pilates has changed how she lives her life, how she sees her body, and even how she thinks. Always passionate about fitness, she credits Pilates with taking her to a whole new level, leading her to make a career of it!
