I absolutely love coming to stretch theory, there’s a huge variety of everything your body needs to feel strengthened, improve flexibility, and overall mobility. Nakia is extremely knowledgeable in his focus of Pilates. I come every week and love it so much!!!

Just had my first Pilates class here and it was amazing. Nakia is very detail oriented and invested in everyone’s form and journey. The class flow is very well thought out. I consider myself a beginner and was able to jump right in and modify as needed. I think I can really grow at this studio and meet my goals.
