A California native, I moved to Nashville with a nutrition degree to complete my dietetic training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. After working as a dietitian for a short time, I realized I was looking for a more proactive way to support people’s health and wellness. Staying active has always been an important outlet for me to have fun and de-stress, but after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I knew I needed a form of movement that was low impact while still engaging and challenging. That led me to Pilates—gentle but deceptively difficult. I’m currently working toward completing my 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification and am excited to support you in your movement journey. If I’m not at the studio, I’m likely walking my dog, Ziggy, with a coffee in hand.
