The Pilates Center is unlike any other Pilates studio I've been to! All of the instructors offer incredible classes and have their own unique style. What a gorgeous studio! I have been taking classes here regularly for a short while and have been very impressed by the quality of instruction and care to adapt exercise exercises in class to individuals, comfort level and skill level! I am currently pregnant and have really enjoyed being able to maintain my Pilates practice with helpful guidance from Natalie!
