I started with Margate Pilates Studio 2 years ago with Neil, I was very nervous and scared of hurting myself, but I didn't have to worry at all. Neil is the most accomplished Pilates teacher, he is kind, gentle and extremely patient, he doesn't rush & explains in the clearest words exactly what he wants you to do, he's goes above & beyond making sure your happy, you feel safe and comfortable with

My mum & i both suffer with chronic pain conditions, but since starting classes with Neil last year our pain has halved and we’re both happier and more mobile throughout the week. The small classes mean that there’s in depth explanation in terms of the movements and the muscle groups they use, 1-1 supervision when using the reformers (safety is a priority) and personalised advice for each of us.
