About Nikki

As a Mississippi girl that moved to Colorado way back in 2000, I found my way to Pilates in 2002 shortly after the birth of my daughter. Pilates has truly taken me through all of the major life changes a woman experiences; pregnancy through menopause. My real passion is to walk in a supporting role to the members of our community so in addition to a comprehensive Pilates certification through Polestar Pilates, I have added several other wellness modalities such as Rossiter fascial stretching, lymph massage, Rollology and maccronutritional coaching. I look forward to exploring and embracing the Club Pilates motto of Do Pilates Do Life with each and every one of you.
