Very poor business practices. In 30 years a part of this community never have had an issue with a local business. I had to dispute the charge for two classes as I was not permitted to use my passes as agreed. I was also told by the manager that there is no one above her with whom I could speak about

The instructiors at this club are great, I especially love Jess's classes. I gave this club 3 stars because their cancelation policy is terrible. I payed for 3 months of "unlimited". They are free to cancel my classes whenever they see fit (cancelled 2 of my classes last week) and not reimburse me,
