I discovered Pilates just last year, and it quickly became my favorite way to stay active while improving flexibility and preventing injury. After years of relying solely on strength training and cardio, Pilates offered the perfect balance—helping me feel stronger from the inside out while supporting my mental wellness in ways I didn’t expect. I’m trained on all Pilates apparatus and love being part of such a supportive, uplifting community. When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me binging trashy reality dating shows or spending time with my cat—my pride and joy. As an instructor, my goal is to help others connect with their bodies, feel empowered in their movement, and discover their own love for Pilates.
