About Or
Or A. began her Pilates journey in 2020 after her mother encouraged her to attend a class together. Her passion for Pilates grew as she found relief from lower back pain and Scoliosis, leading her to become a Sales Associate at Club Pilates in Rockville. In 2023, she completed the Club Pilates Teacher Training program and is now dedicated to helping others discover the transformative benefits of Pilates Reformer.
