Paige began her Pilates journey in January 2021 after discovering how transformative the practice was in helping her recover from three herniated lumbar discs. What started as a personal path to healing quickly became a deep passion for mindful movement and strength. She went on to complete the Club Pilates comprehensive 500-hour teacher training program in Chicago and transitioned from being a dedicated member to becoming an instructor. Her teaching focuses on functional movement, proper alignment, and mindful control—helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence both in and out of the studio.
