This is an absolutely amazing pilates studio and Paige is such a wonderful instructor. I highly recommend to anyone- even if you have no experience with pilates!

Terrific studio. It’s a great space and never crowded. We’ve been going since we moved to Bedford. The instructors are AMAZING - especially Paige and Janice! We can’t recommend it enough - a must go.

I’ve been working with Paige now twice a week for nearly a year. And I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Her focus and her expertise are really just what the doctor ordered. Additionally, my My sessions with her are always fun and challenging.

We love to go to Pilates class with Paige! She is so calm, patient, sweet and friendly. Bedford Pilates is the perfect place, all instructors are welcoming and caring and always looking out for their students.
