Pilates Palm Springs Susan and Paul have changed my life in such a positive way. I feel stronger, and have more stamina than I have in years. Their attention to correct body position and focus in guiding my understanding of movement is amazing. I was washing windows yesterday and realized how pilates has made life’s little tasks so much easier. An eye opening moment. Thank you!
