About Peggy

Originally from Florida, a career as a professional ballet dancer brought Peggy to central New Jersey. Pilates was an integral part of her 22 year career, helping support and rehabilitate her body from the rigors of dance company life. She credits her Pilates practice with helping to extend her performing career beyond when many others retire. Having transitioned to teaching, Pilates continues to be the gift she gives herself, dedicated time each day moving with intention and breath. Peggy looks forward to sharing her love of Pilates with clients, helping them to discover the limitless possibilities when connecting their body and mind through movement.
