Peter is a certified Pilates instructor with emphasis on classic and contemporary Joseph Pilates methods. He has completed over 800 hours of teacher training and has been personally involved with Pilates as a student for almost 20 years. Peter continues to observe and participate in classes (in addition to continuing education) so that he can fine-tune his ability to connect with clients and offer supplementary techniques using proper form and methods; he believes in practicing what he preaches. Clients can expect to have an enjoyable, but sometimes challenging, experience as progression is made from continued sessions. Learning that a person’s core strength is key for balance, movement, and body awareness, while gaining appreciation that exercise can transform more than just the body, and meeting like-minded friends are some of the benefits of Peter’s classes.
