I found Pilates in 2022 while navigating menopause and recovering from a concussion and it completely changed how I move and feel! What started as a safe workout quickly became a passion for building strength and embracing challenges. After years as a corporate project manager, I shifted to a more balanced, wellness-focused life in Florida. I’m a mom of two boys and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 26 years. My classes are all about good energy, support and community helping you feel stronger, more confident and better than when you walked in!
