Took my first class at Havn yesterday and Rachel was the instructor ! I loved the temp of the room it was comfortably hot but not soo hot that you get nauseous! Rachel did an awesome job with instructions and corrections ! The music hit ! Will def be back

I love HAVN! I have no experience and I always feel welcomed and the instructor Rachel has an amazing balance of pushing but making sure you feel good about the exercise. Love love this place.
