I completed my Pre & Post Natal training with Rachel at Breathing Space. The course was brilliant and so informative, Rachel was able to answer any questions we had with great clarity. I would highly recommend this course to any reformer instructors looking to upskill.

I recently completed a pre & postnatal course and genuinely really enjoyed the experience. The small group setting made it feel very personal and created such a supportive learning environment. I loved how interactive the course was, it encouraged lots of discussion, questions and hands-on learning.

…how positive and helpful the experience was so I signed up and I am SO very glad I did! There are bouncers for the babies and a welcoming, calming atmosphere. Rachel is an amazing instructor. Her classes really helped me get in touch and start moving with my postpartum body and always helped me feel refreshed even after the roughest of sleepless nights. I highly recommend it.
