Rachel has been a certified Pilates Instructor for 13 years. She has a 600 hour Classic Pilates Training (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels).She has been active in sports and outdoor adventure since youth and attained her Personal Trainer Certification at 18. She is certified in Cycling, Massage Therapy , NLP, public speaking and coaching. She also holds a prominent certification as a Functional Nutrition Coach.
