I live this club pilates: Teachers are caring and helpful. Took class with Lindsay today 1.5 and she was great. Used all apparatus. Also Rachel Sassoon gives and amazing level 2 class .

Rachel S is an amazing instructor! She is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and she will ensure you are performing the movements correctly to avoid injury. She does this all with a sense of humor that makes each class very enjoyable, as well as beneficial.
