Rachel began her Pilates journey in college at the Ohio State University. As a dance major, she was required to take a Pilates Reformer class which she grew to love. After graduating, Rachel pursued a Classical Peak Pilates Level 1 certification in 2024. Because of Rachel’s dance background, Pilates was a natural cross training to become stronger. Rachel has seen firsthand in herself and others how Pilates improves your daily life. With that, she wants to help guide others in their health journey. Beyond being a Pilates Instructor, she is a Dance Teacher, Professional Dancer, Videographer and Video Editor. She loves crafting, sports, country concerts and shopping at a good discount. If you hear of any good Bakeries or Restaurants, let her know because everyone’s gotta reward themselves sometimes.
