I became a Pilates instructor because I love exercise, and Pilates is SO good for overall health, strength, mobility, flexibility, and control over your muscles. I love seeing people push themselves and improve their form and strength with consistency and hard work. When I was five years old, I watched a teenager walk on her hands across the stage at an Acro performance. After that, I was determined to learn how to walk on my hands, so I started doing handstands every couple of steps I took and teaching myself how to walk on my hands, eventually my mom signed me up to do gymnastics. I can still walk on my hands to this day.π€ͺ
