𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗲: Hey! Instructor Renata here. I’m from a little bit of everywhere—Mexico, NC, and Brazil—but I’ve called Nashville home since 2018! I started my Pilates journey in college (Go Vols!) and quickly fell in love with the strength and confidence it gave me. I’m a full-time marketing manager, health & wellness lover, and totally obsessed with buying new grippy socks. I can’t wait to share my love for Pilates and this amazing community with you!
