Booked and prepaid for an 8am beginner Pilates class for a group of 8 girls for a Bachelorette while visiting from out of town. Four of us arrived on time, and the remaining four were delayed due to traffic. We immediately notified the front desk, but were told they would not be allowed in the class

This company SUCKS! Their AC went down for most of the month, and they refused to refund my wife for the classes she had reserved. Credit only! Oh yeah, credits expire after a month. Use it or lose it. Looking forward to the reply from the owner explaining why I'm dumb for wanting a refund.
