About Rhoda
Leigh and I have 4 sons and 2 precious grandbabies! I have been a GFI since 1985 and have taught most types of fitness classes known to mankind! I’m an ACE certified instructor. I began teaching Mat Pilates in 2005 and loved it so much I bought myself a Reformer. I hold my Mat, Reformer, and Anatomy Certification from Balanced Body and plan on finishing Comprehensive Certification through Club Pilates!
