First time doing reformer pilates with the decorate a cake workshop. Ricara is SO lovely! The whole experience was 10/10 highly recommend! X

I'm 64 years old,been coming to RJ since July 2025, having a one to one with Ricara. She is so lovely and works me hard,and I've had great results. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The other staff are so friendly and good trainers too, so pleased older ladies try it,best thing ever.xx

I absolutely love attending reformer Pilates here! The classes are always challenging in the best way, and I leave feeling stronger and more energised every time. A special mention to Ricara – she’s truly the best in the game. She’s so attentive, always making sure form is spot on, and gives the perfect balance of encouragement and push. Couldn’t recommend this class or Ricara enough!
