West 57th st Stretch Lab is excellent. I see Rileigh who is effective in helping my many back and knee issues, very smart, thoughtful, communicates very well, always professional, warm and friendly. I walk out much better than when I walk in! She adapts and modifies the program as needed. The entire facility seems well run. The text reminders are helpful, sessions are always on…
