First time doing Pilates. Very out of shape. Taking a semi private class. The team has been very accommodating and super patient to get me going and very careful me and my friend do not get hurt while doing the exercises. Rocio our teacher is experienced and gentle. Careful walks us through each exercise. After 4 classes I feel much better and hope to improve as I continue. Highly recommend this g
