I love Ultimate Core Pilates. My instructor, Ron, is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and keeps his education current with Pilates going to workshops around the country. He makes it challenging for the level you are at and is very safety conscious. You can be in a group class with up to 8 people, private for yourself or couples.
I’m amazed at the flexibility and core strength gained in the short amount of time I’ve done Pilates with Ron! Highly recommend this class!
Ron is a great Pilates instructor. Very knowledgeable and makes it fun as well. He will adapt workouts to your level. Would highly recommend.
Great fun workouts designed for the level you desire!! I like the tougher challenges and Ron does that for me
