Originally from Tennessee, Rondi was introduced to Pilates as a solution for her chronic upper back pain in 1999. She completed her STOTT Pilates certification and began teaching Pilates in 2005. She loves to help clients take Pilates principles into their daily lives—from work to play to travel. Rondi pays homage to tradition while keeping an open mind to the ever-changing world that is fitness. Outside the studio she writes and speaks and plays with her grandchildren.
