So in love with NPC! I’ve been working with Ronni since I had my c-section a year ago, and it has been the best investment that I’ve made to my mental and physical health. I’ve felt stronger and more confident, and the instructors have been the best cheerleaders. Highly recommend to anyone looking to strengthen their body and mind!
Ronni and her team of instructors are incredibly kind and knowledgeable; I started with zero experience and now I’m so proud to be a regular client getting stronger and fitter all the time. NPC is truly a happy place because I leave class feeling like a better version of myself!
