I have been going to Novato Pilates for 15 years. Since Rose and Gretchen became the new owners, the studio increased it's classes, the instructors are all excellent,. Also diversity in offering modern classes. I go to NP twice weekly. No doubt that a large part of my overall well being is from Pilates. Gretchen classes are fun and her knowledge of the human body is a bonus!
